Strengthen Your Core – Body and Soul
TRX® Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX® device is attached to an anchor point and participants are able to challenge their bodies at various joint angles to improve flexibility, functional strength, and athleticism. This class combines TRX and other various floor exercises to increase cardio capacity, tone the muscles and increase core strength.
About the instructor: Renee Kanefield has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. This is her fourth profession (preceded by Social worker, real estate agent and floral designer). This is by far her favorite career. She enjoys seeing her students push out of their comfort zone and build self confidence in many ways. She works with all ages and currently has clients ranging from 14-95. She teaches a variety of classes at the Center of Clayton and is a Physical Education and Health teacher at Esther Miller Bais Yaakov. She also holds Women’s TRX and Yoga classes in her home gym. Renee is a certified personal trainer, Johnny G certified spinning instructor, and a certified TRX and Yoga Instructor.
